Gilvydis Vein Clinic adds to team
Gilvydis Vein Clinic (GVC), a leading local provider of cutting-edge, nonsurgical treatments for leg vein issues, including varicose and spider veins, has expanded its team by adding Elizabeth Lawrence, Victoria Navarro and Sarah Rexford.
Elizabeth Lawrence and Victoria Navarro recently joined the GVC nursing team. They are responsible for patient education, patient check-in, and monitoring during procedures, and assisting Dr. Rimas Gilvydis during laser and sclerotherapy procedures.
Lawrence serves patients in GVC’s Geneva location. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Trinity Christian College in 2006 and has been involved in the health care industry for nearly 12 years.
Navarro serves patients in GVC’s Sycamore and Geneva locations. She earned a medical assistant and associates in nursing from Morton College. She has been involved in the health care industry for six years.
Sarah Rexford joined GVC as an office coordinator for the Sycamore and Geneva locations. She is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, answering patient questions, working with insurance providers, and representing GVC by attending community and professional networking events.
Rexford earned bachelor’s degrees in marketing and merchandising from Southern Illinois University and has been involved in the health care industry for more than 10 years.
